Profile

  • Dedicated exclusively to your company or group
  • Works in your software and according to your processes
  • Works in English and French, and handles your Dutch-language documents (invoices, statements, correspondence)
  • Trained in Belgian accounting (MAR/PCMN, VAT, annual accounts) and in your methods
  • Supervised by a Belgian accounting specialist
  • 40 hours a week, full time on your business
  • Based in Mauritius, 2 or 3 hours ahead of Brussels

How it works

A simple method, the same for one resource or for four.

A contact person on your sideA designated person supervises the resource day to day: sets the priorities and validates the work. This is a condition of the assignment.
A first month of trainingThe resource gets to grips with your software, your processes and your files. This month is invoiced at 50%.
Scaling up at your paceAs soon as your volumes justify it, we place additional resources, with the same method and the same supervision.
Guaranteed continuityEvery resource is followed by a Signal Mountain supervisor. During an absence, a replacement takes over: your accounting never stops.

Professional secrecy. Your resource is bound by professional secrecy and signs a confidentiality undertaking.

Your data stays with you. The resource works exclusively in your software and environments. Nothing is copied or stored on our tools.

Controlled access. Named access rights, defined by your contact person and disabled at the end of the assignment.

GDPR compliance. Signal Mountain acts as a processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. A data processing agreement is attached to the contract.
